2. Form National council in case of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic on fight against illegal export and human trafficking (daleenatsionalny council) in the following structure on position:
- vice-Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic, chairman of National council;
- chairman of the State committee of the Kyrgyz Republic on migration and employment, vice-chairman of National council;
- the deputy of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic (under approval);
- the vice-chairman of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic (under approval);
- the deputy attorney general of the Kyrgyz Republic (under approval);
- vice-chairman of Service of homeland security of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- deputy minister of internal affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- deputy minister of health care of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- deputy minister of foreign affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- deputy minister of education, science and youth policy of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- deputy minister of work and social protection of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- deputy minister of economy and finance of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- deputy minister of the industry, trade and tourism of the Kyrgyz Republic;
