About change and amendment of the Order No. 1721 of December 5, 2014

For the purpose of execution of provisions of the item 8) h (1) Art. 133 of the Tax code No. 1163-XIII of April 24, 1997 (repeated publication in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2007, special release), and also provisions of the Section VIII of the Tax code, taking into account changes and additions made by the Law No. 288 of December 15, 2017 on modification and amendments to some legal acts (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2017, No. 464 - 470, 808) I ORDER to the Art.:

1. In appendix No. 2 to the Order of the Main state tax authorities No. 1721 of December 5, 2014 about approval of the Instruction about procedure for filling and submission of the Report on charges for natural resources (Forma TRN 15) and the form Forma TRN 15, in lines 1.1, 1. 2, 1.3 and 1.4, regarding collection for water (cod ECO 114611), to make changes according to appendix to this order.

2. The standard form of the Report on charges for natural resources (Forma TRN 15) taking into account changes and additions made by this order is applied since the tax period corresponding to 2018.

3. To provide to general management of methodology of taxes and fees of the State Tax Administration publication of this order in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova.
