1. The medicine for intake containing in quality of active ingredients inembryonate substrates of products of metabolism of microorganisms (metabolites of acellular cultural liquid of bacteria, bacilli or other microorganisms), and also excipients, intended for normalization of acid-base balance and regulation of growth of microorganisms (microflora) of gastrointestinal tract of human body, not having instructions for use in the therapeutic or preventive purposes according to the Basic rule of interpretation of the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity 1 is classified in goods item 2106 single Commodity nomenclatures of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union.
2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
