About entering of some changes into the Order of the chief of GGNI No. 1758 of December 29, 2014

Based on Art. 133 of h (1) c) of the Tax code and according to the Order of the Ministry of Finance No. 115 of September 6, 2010 about approval and filling of standard form of the source document of the strict reporting "Tax delivery note" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova No. 194-196/656 of October 5, 2010), with subsequent changes and amendments, I ORDER to the item:

1. The first Item of the Order GGNI No. 1758 of 29.12.2014 about approval of the list of economic agents which in 2015 will be granted the right of independent seal of tax delivery notes on special paper with protective marks to add with the following text:

2. To management of public procurements and housekeeping to provide issue of series and range of numbers for independent seal of tax delivery notes to subjects of VAT liability based on the list approved in the first Item of this order.

Along with submission of the statement on receipt of series and range of numbers economic agents shall provide samples of special paper with protective marks which will be used for independent seal of tax delivery notes, for check of compliance of special paper to requirements of Item 5 of the order of the Ministry of Finance No. 115 of September 6, 2010.

In case of the subsequent requirement of series and range of numbers the economic agents having the right to independent seal of tax delivery notes shall provide to Management of public procurements and housekeeping the report on the used series and the range of numbers.

3. By reorganization of the subjects listed in this order, legal successors from the date of their registration are granted the right of independent seal of tax delivery notes by means of amendment of this order.
