1. In the Regulations on determination and approval for the purpose of establishment of rates of consumption of water for technological needs, and also losses of water in public water supply systems approved by the Resolution NARE No. 180/2016 of June 10, 2016, registered in the Ministry of Justice at No. 1122 of July 6, 2016 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 206-214, 1185) to make the following changes and additions.
State Items 36-39 in the following edition:
"36. Annually until the end of January the operators providing public service of water supply and the sewerage owners of the licenses granted by the Agency, represent to the Agency calculations of technological expense and losses of water in public water supply systems and the sewerages reviewed for last year on the basis of the parameters which are actually registered and planned for accounting year. These calculations will be carried out according to this Provision.
37. In case the reviewed amount of technological expense and losses of water is more, than the actual amount registered by the operator last year, the amount of technological expense and losses of water commonly accepted in the tariff purposes, cannot exceed the amount which is actually registered by the operator last year.
