About introduction of amendments to the Law of Turkmenistan "About migratory service"

Part the second Article 4 to state 1) in the following edition:

Article 18 to state 4) in the following edition:

"Article 18. Application of special means

1. The military personnel of migratory service applies microscopes and ultraviolet rays to detection of false documents, devices - to reading of biometric data, mobile devices - to reading of fingerprints, rubber bludgeons, electroconvulsive bludgeons, tools for check of vehicles, handcuffs, devices for opening of locks (doors), field-glasses, devices of night vision, and also other special devices and vehicles (including air transport) in the following purposes:

1) identifications, prevention and elimination of offenses on the questions relating to field of activity of Migratory service;

2) search of the foreign citizens and stateless persons who broke procedure for stay in Turkmenistan, attraction them to the corresponding responsibility;

3) accomplishment of other functions assigned by the legislation of Turkmenistan.
