For the purpose of enhancement of the software of the automated information system "Unified Register of Violations", according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for maintaining the Unified register of violations" of December 21, 2018 No. 603 the following change:
- in item 4 of figure "2020" to replace with figures "2021".
2. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic in case of completion in 2019 and 2020 of the automated information system "Unified Register of Violations" without fail to approve the actions with the Prosecutor General's Office of the Kyrgyz Republic in connection with the transfer of system to maintaining the Prosecutor General's Office of the Kyrgyz Republic which is coming since January 1, 2021 and integration with the automated information system "Unified Register of Crimes and Offences".
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
