About implementation of special technical schemes of transmission of electricity
According to the National energy program of Ukraine till 2010 approved by the Resolution the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of May 15, 1996 N191/96-BP, Complex measures concerning implementation of the National energy program of Ukraine till 2010 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 10, 1997 N 731, and the Concept of activities of executive bodies in ensuring energy security of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 19, 1998 N 48, and also for the purpose of ordering of transmission of electricity I ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for transmission of electricity by use of special technical schemes which is applied.
2. Determine that this Procedure becomes effective in ten days after its state registration in the Ministry of Justice.
3. Carry out state registration of this order in accordance with the established procedure.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the First Deputy Minister for Fuel and Energy V. Gayduk.
