About introduction of amendments to the Order of Customs Service No. 333-O/2014 on the form, procedure for filling and use of the Decision on settlement

1. In the Order of Customs Service No. 333-O/2014 "About the form, procedure for filling and use of the Decision on settlement" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 256-260, 1250), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

- in appendix No. 1 to add column 8 with the text:

"Decisions on settlement can be originally appealed in central office of Customs Service (the address: мун. Chisinau, Ulitsa Starostenko, 30) within ten calendar days from the date of bringing to data of the decision on settlement";

- in appendix No. 2 to the Instruction for filling of the form of the decision on settlement in item 4 the column 8 after the word "decisions". add with the text", as well as information on procedure for appeal";

- add appendix No. 3 with the text:

"Decisions on settlement can be originally appealed in central office of Customs Service (the address: мун. Chisinau, Ulitsa Starostenko, 30) within ten calendar days from the date of bringing to data of the decision on settlement";

2. This order becomes effective since April 1, 2019.
