In 2019 the total cost of performance of works and the services performed by the "Poyri Energy LTD Switzerland" company ("Rougu Energy LTD Switzerland") on asset construction of Rogunsky hydroelectric power station based on the agreement of the parties, temporary import of goods and the equipment for the purpose of project implementation and also temporary import of corporate property or its working personnel are exempted from payment of all types of tax and customs duties, except for the income and social tax of citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan and expenses connected with involvement of subcontractors and branch company, included in the cost of the contract.".

Article 2. Enact this Law since January 1, 2019.
