About modification and amendments in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 29, 2008 No. 307

1. 1.1. in Item 1:

in the subitem 1.1 of figure "60" to replace with figures "100";

state subitem 1.3 in the following edition:

"1.3. decreases by 50 percent:

for the families having three and more children aged up to 18 years;

for the families living in the territory of radioactive pollution in zone of the subsequent settling out, in zone with the right to settling out and in accommodation zone with periodic radiation control;

for guardians, adoptive parents, parents tutors of orphanages of family type, children's villages (towns);";

add Item with subitem 1.4 of the following content:

"1.4. decreases by 30 percent for the families having two children getting preschool education, vocational education at the level of preschool education.";

1.2. in item 4 of the Regulations on procedure for collection of payment for food of the children getting preschool education, vocational education at the level of the preschool education approved by this resolution:
