About modification of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine

Make change to item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 28, 2015 No. 878 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 89, of the Art. 2972), having stated subitem 17 in the following edition:
"17) is provided by functioning of unified information system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, creates and supports the information resources entering unified information system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in urgent condition performs processing of personal data within the powers provided by the law provides the mode of information access, provides information and qualified electronic confidential services, provides implementation of powers concerning digital development;".
