About entering of amendment into the Law "About Local Self-government"

Article 1. Of May 7, 2002 "About local self-government" (further - the Law) the words "and non-profit organizations" to exclude ZR-337 from Item 16 of part 1 of article 18 of the Law.
Article 2. The first offer of Item 11 of part 1 of article 35 of the Law after the word of "heads" to add with words ", except for heads of municipal non-profit organizations which are appointed by results of tender. The procedure for preparation, carrying out and summing up tender on substitution of vacant position of the head of municipal non-profit organization approves the body established by part 4 of article 9 of this Law.".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
