About modification of the Law "About Guarantees of Activities of the Deputy of National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia"

Article 1. "About guarantees of activities of the deputy of National assembly of the Republic of Armenia" to state Item 1 of part 2 of article 6 of the Law of December 16, 2016 to ZR-20-N in the following edition:
"1) in ten-day time to review the written request or the proposal of the deputy and in writing to answer it. In exceptional cases, if for provision of information specified in the written request, or considerations of the offer it is necessary to perform extra work, then this information is given the deputy in 30-days time after receipt of the statement, in ten-day time after receipt of request or the offer, having in writing informed the deputy of the delay reasons;".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
