The medicine containing magnesium salt as active active ingredient with addition of excipients, applied in case of deficit of magnesium to normalization of concentration of magnesium in organism, not having instructions for use in the therapeutic or preventive purposes in the relation of specific diseases according to the Basic rule of interpretation of the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity 1 is classified in goods item 2106 single Commodity nomenclatures of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union.
2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
