About approval of amendments to the Regulations on guarantees of origin of the electric power made from renewable energy resources, to No. 376 approved by the Resolution NARE of September 28, 2017

Based on Art. 31 of the Law No. 10/2016 on promotion of energy use from renewable sources (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, No. 69-77 the Art. 117) the Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power DECIDES:

1. Adopt amendments which are made to the Resolution of the NARE Administrative board No. 376/2017 of 28.09.2017 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 390-395, by the Art. 1989), registered in the Ministry of Justice at No. 1270 of November 3, 2017:

1) In Item 2 the text "contribution of renewable energy resources (further – RES) in general structure of the sources of electrical energy used by the supplier" to replace with the text "contribution of the electrical energy made from renewable sources (further – RES) in total quantity of the electrical energy delivered by the supplier";
