About ecological agricultural production
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
(1) This law governs the social relations connected with production of ecological agricultural products without use of chemical and synthetic substances and also realization of ecological products of plant and animal origin:
a) primary, not processed;
b) processed, intended for consumption by the population which part one or several ingredients of plant or animal origin are;
c) the forages and raw materials which are not provided in Item and).
(2) the Term "ecological" applied in this law is identical to the terms "biological", "organic" or their derivatives.
The basic concepts used in this law mean:
ecological agricultural production - obtaining, storage, conversion of agricultural food products without use of chemical and synthetic substances according to the requirements of ecological production established by this law, with observance of national and international standards in the field, certified in accordance with the established procedure;
competent authority in the field of ecological agricultural production (further - competent authority) the body of the central public management responsible for regulation of activities in the field of agricultural production;
inspection - check of food agricultural products or control systems of the processed and delivered products, raw materials, including testing of products in the course of conversion and final product, check of compliance of products to requirements imposed to ecological agricultural products and also check of production process and systems of conversion;
