Tractors for agricultural industry others

availability at the subject of activities in the field of the industry - the tax resident of member countries of the Eurasian Economic Union of the rights to design and technological documentation on the tractor for agricultural industry with possibility of entering into design and technological documentation of changes or the rights to use the design documentation developed as a result of accomplishment of the research and development works performed by the producer according to the public contract;

availability at the subject of activities in the field of the industry in the territory of one of member countries of the Eurasian Economic Union of the service center, authorized to perform repair, after-sale and guarantee maintenance of products;

since January 1, 2021 use of the computer-aided engineering system and electronic document management;

implementation and use by the subject of activities in the field of the industry (or its subsidiary) the computer-aided engineering system (geometrical modeling, designing, calculation of details and nodes) including the special software requiring the conclusion the user of license or other agreement with the owner of the software for at least 50 percent of workplaces of design engineers;

since January 1, 2022 use of specialized program complex for production resource planning and enterprise management;

in case of production complexes of production and technological operations on production of components of the tractor for agricultural industry in the territory of the Russian Federation are performed or the components made in the territory of the Russian Federation are used;

when using the components (except for cabins, the engine, the front bridge, the back bridge, the transmission and the bearing frame) made in the territory of the Russian Federation in case of production of tractors for agricultural industry one of the following conditions shall be carried out:

availability of confirmation of the production of industrial output in the territory of the Russian Federation issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, - for components, requirements to which are provided by this appendix;

availability of the certificate of origin (products) on which the Russian Federation is the country of goods' origin (products), the State Party of the Agreement on Rules of determination of the country of goods' origin issued by authorized body (organization) in the Commonwealth of Independent States of November 20, 2009 in the CT-1, form the provided Rules of determination of the country of goods' origin which are integral part of the specified Agreement, - for components, requirements to which are not provided by this appendix;

when using components (cabin, the engine, the front bridge, the back bridge, the transmission and the bearing frame) the condition about availability of the appraisal certificate of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation with indication of the number of the gained points for implementation of technological transactions in the territory of the Russian Federation and use of the components made in the territory of the Russian Federation shall be satisfied;

for components and technological transactions the following requirements shall be fulfilled (in case of non-use of component points for it are not charged, and in the absence of technological transaction in the production technology of component the requirement for its accomplishment is not shown):

cabin:

production of metal framework of cabin:

production of details and procurements of metal framework of cabin - casting, forging (stamping), cutting, it is flexible, machining (4 points);

welding and coloring of framework (2 points);

production of elements of interior and exterior of cabin:

cutting, it is flexible, stamping, formation, machining, welding, coloring of elements of interior and exterior of cabin (panels, floor, ceiling, roof) (4 points);
