About modification of the Regulations on registration of physical persons in the State register of physical persons taxpayers

According to Articles 63, of the 70th Chapter 6 of the Section II of the Tax code of Ukraine and to the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, I ORDER:

1. Registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 25, 2017 for No. 1306/31174, to add Item 1 of the Section III of the Provisions on registration of physical persons in the State register of physical persons taxpayers approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of September 29, 2017 of 822, with the new subitem of such content:

"3) for the foreigners and persons without citizenship who filed petition for recognition by their refugee or person who needs additional protection, according to the Law of Ukraine "About refugees and persons who need additional or temporary protection":

the copy of the passport document of the foreigner and stateless person assured by territorial authority of GMS in the place of stay of the foreigner or stateless person in Ukraine and/or with mark that the original of such document is received on storage of GMS by territorial authority;

the certificate of the request for protection in Ukraine.".

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of tax policy:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. This order becomes effective in two months from the date of its official publication.
