being guided by Item 67 of appendix No. 1 to the Protocol on conditions and transitional provisions on application by the Kyrgyz Republic of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, the separate international treaties entering the right of the Eurasian Economic Union, and acts of bodies of the Eurasian Economic Union in connection with accession of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 signed on May 8, 2015

agreed as follows:

Article 1

Bring in Methodology of implementation of interstate transfer of electrical energy (capacity) between state members (appendix to the Protocol on ensuring access to services of subjects of natural monopolies in the field of power industry, including bases of pricing and tariff policy, being appendix No. 21 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) the following changes:

1. Add Section 1 with Item 1.5 of the following content:

"1.5. In the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.

1.5.1. Annual forecast amounts of MGP (further - NES of Kyrgyzstan) are determined by national power grid of the Kyrgyz Republic by the organization authorized on implementation of MGP (further - the organization for management of NES of Kyrgyzstan), based on the request.

1.5.2. The application for the forthcoming calendar year is submitted no later than April 1 of prior year. In the request the annual amount of MGP and the maximum capacity with breakdown on months and specifying of points of receiving and delivery of electrical energy on border of the Kyrgyz Republic is specified.
