I. In the Instruction for accounting of obligations to the budget approved by the Order GGNI No. 400 of March 14, 2014 to make the following changes:

- in litas. c) the text "CC 04 BI Certificate of absence or availability of shortage before the budget for the property which is subject to alienation/pledge;" to replace with the text "CC 04 BI Information on absence or availability of shortage before the budget for taxable property of legal entities;";

- litas. c) at the end to add with the text of the following content: "CC 04 CET Information on absence or availability of shortage before the budget for taxable property of physical persons".

2. Change and state Item 86 in the following edition:

"86. The report CC 04 BI Information on absence or availability of shortage before the budget for taxable property are constituted and issued to the legal entities and/or physical persons performing business activity".

3. In Item 87 the word "Reference" to replace with the word "Report", and in the subitem 1) litas. c) exclude the phrase "subject to alienation/pledge" and before the word "property" to introduce the word "taxable".
