About modification of Regulations on open foreign exchange position of bank

Based on part (1) Art. 11 and item c) parts (1) Art. 27 of the Law No. 548/1995 on National Bank of Moldova (переопубликован: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, Art. No. 434-439, 727), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: Executive committee of National Bank of Moldova

In the Regulations on open foreign exchange position of bank approved by Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova, the protocol No. 41/1997 of. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1999, Art. No. 112-114, 198), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) In all text of regulations:

before the word "losses" to add with the word "expected";

the words "aggregate normative capital" shall be replaced with words "own means" in the corresponding case;

replace the words "licensed banks" with the word "banks" in the corresponding case, except for subitem 1.1.1 of Item 6;

2) In Item 1.1. the text "The law on National Bank of Moldova of 21.07.1995, No. 548-XIII, and article 28 of the Law on financial institutions of 21.07.95," to replace No. 550-XIII with the text "The law No. 548/1995 on National Bank of Moldova (переопубликован: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, Art.
