About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of activities of the Public registration service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of reduction of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in compliance with the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about violations, being guided by articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of the Public registration service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 20, 2012 No. 128 the following changes:

in Regulations on the Public registration service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

- the fourth Item 8 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"-constitute protocols and consider cases on violations within the conferred powers;";

- add Item 12 with paragraphs the eighth and ninth the following content:
