About modification of the Customs code of Ukraine concerning delay of application of penalties for violation of procedure for import of vehicles to customs area of Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. The Section XXI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Customs code of Ukraine (2012, Art. No. No. 44-48, 552) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with Item 9-4 of such content:

"9-4. Temporarily, till December 31, 2019 inclusive to resume action of Items 9-2 and 9-3 of this Section".

II. Final and transitional provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. Temporarily, till December 31, 2019 inclusive, persons responsible for observance of conditions (requirements) of customs regimes of temporary import or transit concerning vehicles of private use which are classified by code of goods item 8703 according to UKT foreign trade activities imported on customs area of Ukraine are exempted from the administrative responsibility provided:

part four of Article 469 of the Customs code of Ukraine;

parts six and the seventh (regarding vehicle control, not registered or not re-registered in Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure) both parts eight and the ninth (regarding vehicle control concerning which the restrictions set by the Customs code of Ukraine are set) article 121 of the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses.
