About modification of the Regulations on procedure of payments, charges and payments of charges of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits

According to Item 12, to Articles 21 - 23 Laws of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits" the executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits SOLVED 10 parts one of Article:

1. In line 3.1 of the table 1 of appendix 4 to the Regulations on procedure of payments, charges and payments of charges in Fund of guaranteeing household deposits approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of July 02, 2012 No. 1, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 27, 2012 for No. 1273/21585, of the word and figure "The standard rate of instant liquidity (N 4)" shall be replaced with words "Coverage ratio of liquidity (LCR) on all currencies (LCR BB) and in foreign currency (LCR OB)".

2. To provide to department of strategy and normative and methodological providing together with legal department submission of this decision to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.

3. This decision becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.

4. The changes specified in Item 1 of this decision are applied by members of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits during calculation of regular collection in the form of the differentiated collection, since III quarter 2019.

5. To provide to department of public relations and financial education placement of this decision on the official site of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits on the Internet after its state registration.
