About modification of the Regulations on procedure for creation and maintaining the register of the accepted requirements of creditors and satisfactions of requirements of creditors of the liquidated banks

1. Bring in Regulations on procedure for creation and maintaining the register of the accepted requirements of creditors and satisfaction of requirements of creditors of banks which are liquidated, approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of August 21, 2017 No. 3711, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 7, 2017 for No. 1104/30972, the following changes:

1) in the subitem 2 of Item 2 of the Section III:

the eighteenth to exclude the paragraph.

With respect thereto the nineteenth - the forty second to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the eighteenth - the forty first;

add the subitem after the paragraph of the twenty seventh with the new paragraph the twenty eighth the following content:

"requirements of investors which funds were raised by bank on individual basis for the purpose of obtaining from bank of percent on the agreements signed on conditions which are not the current market conditions according to article 52 of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity" or having other financial privileges;".
