Article 4. Carry the Udmurt competitive subsoil plot including 12 oil fields (Byginsky, East Postolsky, Zabegalovsky, Korobovsky, Oblastnovsky, Smolnikovsky, Sosnovsky, Timeevsky, Tukmachevsky, Chernovsky, Chuboysky, Yuskinsky) located in the territory of the Udmurt Republic to objects right to use by which it can be granted on the terms of the Section of products.
