About entering of amendments into Regulations about the organization and functioning of the National commission on the financial market

Based on provisions of Art. 2 of the h. (1), Art. 21 of the h. (1) and Art. 27 of the h. (4) the Law on the National commission on the financial market No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 (it is repeatedly published in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, No. 117-126 BIS), with subsequent changes and amendments, the National commission on the DECIDES: financial market

1. The regulations about the organization and functioning of the National commission on the financial market approved by the Resolution of Administrative board No. 48/5 of 27.09.2007 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, No. 157-160, Art. 587), to add with Item 11.4 of the following content:

"11.4 The staff of the National commission has the right to be engaged in the following paid activities:

1) scientific, pedagogical, creative activities;

2) the activities connected with execution of Art. 46 of the h. (8) Law on Single Central Securities Depository No. 234 of 3.10.2016 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, No. 343-346, Art. 711);

3) the activities connected with liquidation of type of professional activity in the non-bank financial market;

4) participation in work or assistance within interdepartmental groups;

5) other activities, stipulated by the legislation and/or acts of the National commission."

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
