Bring in Item 23 of the Procedure for carrying out competitive selection of heads of subjects of managing of the public sector of economy approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 3, 2008 No. 777 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 68, Art. 2266; 2015, No. 15, Art. 383; 2018, No. 29, Art. 1021; 2019, No. 4, the Art. 110), - with the changes made by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 14, 2019 No. 743, the following changes:
in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words the words "first deputy or deputy minister of economic development and trade" "The minister of development of economy, trade and agricultural industry";
in the second offer of the paragraph of third the word of Ministry of Economic Development shall be replaced with words "The ministry of development of economy, trade and agricultural industry", and the words "first deputy or deputy minister of economic development and trade" - the words "Minister of Development of Economy, Trade and Agricultural Industry or Its First Deputy".
