About introduction of amendments to the Criminal code of Ukraine and the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine concerning reduction of pressure upon business

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Criminal code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, Art. No. 25-26, 131):

Article 205 to exclude 1);

2) in Article 212:

to state paragraph two of part one in the following edition:

"it is punished by penalty from three thousand to five thousand free minima of the income of citizens or deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to be engaged in certain activities for a period of up to three years";

to state paragraph two of part two in the following edition:

"it is punished by penalty from five thousand to seven thousand free minima of the income of citizens with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to be engaged in certain activities for a period of up to three years";

in the note of the word to replace "one thousand", "three thousand" and "five thousand" respectively with the words "three thousand", "five thousand" and "seven thousand".

2. In paragraph one of part three of Article 216 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine (2013, Art. No. No. 9-13, 88) figures "205" to exclude sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
