About introduction of amendments to the Resolution NKFR No. 54/1/2012 on approval of the size of maximum prices for the services provided by persons owning the operating authority of registration society

Based on Art. 1 of the h. (2) - (4), Art. 88 of the h. (2) Law on the capital market No. 171/2012 National commission on the DECIDES: financial market

In appendix to the Resolution of the National commission on the financial market No. 54/1 of December 22, 2012 about approval of the size of maximum prices for the services provided by persons owning the operating authority of registration society (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, No. 36-40, of the Art. 167), registered in the Ministry of Justice at No. 909 of February 14, 2013, to make the following changes:

1) In Item 2 the text "two lei plus 0,1 of %" to replace with the text "5 lei plus 0,3 of %", and to replace the text of "500 lei" with the text of "1000 lei".

2) In Item 3 the text of "5 lei" to replace with the text "10 lei, with free issue of the statement from system".
