1. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 17, 2006 No. 777 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 25, 2006 No. 124 "About approval of Rules of passing of military service in Armed Forces, other troops and military forming of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2006, No. 30, the Art. 329);
2) Item of 25 changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 30, 2007 No. 352 "About modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2007, No. 13, the Art. 157).
2. This resolution becomes effective after day of its first official publication.
