About modification of the Budget code of Ukraine concerning sources of forming of the state road fund

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Budget code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, Art. No. 50-51, 572) the following changes:

1. To state Item of 1 part two of Article 24-2 in the following edition:

"1) the income of the government budget determined by Items 1 - 3, 6, 6-2, 6-3 and 6-4 parts three of article 29 of this Code".

2. In Article 29:

23 parts two the word and figures "Item 13-5" shall be replaced with words 1) in Item also in figures "Items 6-3, 6-4 and 13-5";

Part third to add 2) with Items 6-3 and 6-4 of such content:

"6-3) 50 percent of receipts from administrative penalties for violation of the law about road transport, provided by paragraphs the fourteenth - the sixteenth part one of article 60 of the Law of Ukraine "About road transport" (except the penalties determined by Item 13-5 of this part of Article);

6-4) 50 percent of receipts from administrative penalties for the offenses provided by part two of Article 122-2 and part two of article 132-1 of the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (except the penalties determined by Item 13-5 of this part of Article)".

3. In Item 2-1 of part four of Article of the 30th figure and the word "6 and 6-2" to replace with figures and the word "6, 6-2, 6-3 and 6-4".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine within three months from the date of entry into force of this Law:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide review and reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
