About modification of the Budget code of Ukraine of rather state support of cinematography

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Budget code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, Art. No. 50-51, 572) the following changes:

1. In Article 13 part four:

the fourteenth to exclude the paragraph;

in the paragraph the twenty first words and figures "subgroups 1, 3 and 4" shall be replaced with words also in figures "subgroups 1 and 3".

2. Third of Article 29 to add part with new Items 13-6, 13-7 and 13-8 of the following content:

"13-6) receipts from realization of property rights on use of movies, initial materials of the movies and film copies created for means of the Government budget of Ukraine; from realization by subjects of cinematography who received from the state of subsidy for creation (production) of movies, television movies, television series, property rights on use of such movies, television movies, television series, initial materials of movies, television movies, television series and film copies and also from realization of property rights on use of movies and film materials which according to production schedules of State cinema of USSR, the Ministry of Culture of USSR and their legal successors in 1953-1991 are created (are made) at the expense of the public (budget) funds on the state film studios and belong to the state;

13-7) payment paid by the subject of cinematography for consideration of the applications on receipt of government subsidies on production (creation) of the movie (game, animation, etc.), the television movie, television series, for return of part of the qualified expenses performed by the subject of cinematography in case of production (creation) of the movie;
