The subitem "b" of Item 3 of Rules of expenditure of funds for actions for deportation or administrative expulsion of the foreign citizens and persons without citizenship out of limits of the Russian Federation in case of impossibility of establishment of inviting party approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 24, 2002 No. 769 "About approval of Rules of expenditure of funds for actions for deportation or administrative expulsion of foreign citizens and persons without citizenship out of limits of the Russian Federation in case of impossibility of establishment of inviting party" (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 43, Art. 4275; 2004, No. 52, Art. 5501; 2008, No. 14, Art. 1412; 2012, No. 13, Art. 1524; 2017, No. 23, of the Art. 3330) to state in the following edition:

"b) on content of the foreign citizen (stateless person) in specially allotted premises of the border service before execution of the decision on administrative expulsion, and also in the special facility of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation or its territorial authority intended for content of foreign citizens (stateless persons) which are subject to administrative expulsion out of limits of the Russian Federation in the form of exclusion out of limits of the Russian Federation, deportation or readmission;".
