Rules of forming, adjustment and approval of the federal scheme of the address with waste of I and II classes of danger

1. These rules establish procedure for forming, adjustment and approval of the federal scheme of the address with waste of I and II classes of danger, and also the requirement to its structure (further - the federal scheme).

2. The federal scheme is created in electronic form and is part of federal state information system of accounting and control of the address with waste of I and II classes of danger (further - system).

3. Approval and adjustment of the federal scheme regarding the data specified in subitems "e", "z" - "to" item 4 of these rules (further - the approved part of the federal scheme), are performed by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Russian Federation.

Adjustment of the federal scheme regarding the data specified in subitems "a" - "д" and item 4 of these rules, is provided with the operator of system determined according to Item 2 of article 14.3 of the Federal law "About Production Wastes and Consumption" by means of entering of the specified data into system or changes of these data in system.
