The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of Finance concerning implementation till December 31, 2019 of the pilot project on the organization of centralized sending orders by law enforcement agencies in electronic form according to Item 14 of the exhaustive list of the bases in the presence of which examination (re-examination) of goods, vehicles of the commercial appointment as bodies of the income and charges of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 23, 2012 No. 467 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 41, Art. 1578 can be carried out; 2016, No. 42, Art. 1581; 2018, No. 21, the Art. 695), and taking into account Article 3 of the Presidential decree of Ukraine of July 9, 2019 No. 505 "About measures for counteraction to smuggling and corruption during customs clearance of goods" (further - the pilot project).

2. Determine that:

coordinator of the pilot project is the Ministry of Finance;

participants of the pilot project are state bodies on which operation of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 23, 2012 No. 467 "On approval of the exhaustive list of the bases in the presence of which examination (re-examination) of goods, vehicles of commercial appointment as bodies of the income and charges of Ukraine" regarding the direction within criminal proceedings of orders on carrying out examination (re-examination) goods, vehicles of commercial appointment can be carried out expatiates;
