About modification of Rules of supply of natural gas
According to provisions of article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About the natural gas market" and article 17 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities" the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities DECIDES:
1. Make to the section VI of the Rules of supply of gas approved by the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities of September 30, 2015 No. 2496, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 06, 2015 for No. 1382/27827, the following changes:
Paragraph one of Item 1 after words and sign "the consumer who is not household" to add 1) with symbols, words and figures "(except consumers, delivery by which it is performed within execution of the special obligations assigned by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to subjects of the natural gas market based on article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "About the natural gas market")";
2) in Item 6:
the paragraph one after the words "and residential customer" to add with words, signs and figures "or the consumer, delivery to which it is performed within execution of the special obligations assigned by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to subjects of the natural gas market based on article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "About the natural gas market";
to add subitem 1 after the words "residential customer" with words, signs and figures "or the consumer, delivery to which it is performed within execution of the special obligations assigned by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to subjects of the natural gas market based on article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "About the natural gas market";
