This Federal Law establishes legal, social and other guarantees to the President of the Russian Federation who stopped execution of the powers in connection with the expiration of his continuance in office or ahead of schedule in case of his resignation or resistant inability for health reasons to perform the powers belonging to it (further - the President of the Russian Federation who stopped execution of the powers), and members of his family.
1. The state protection in places of its permanent or temporary stay in full of the measures provided by the Federal Law "About the State Protection" including provision of special communication and transport servicing is for life provided to the president of the Russian Federation who stopped execution of the powers.
2. For the President of the Russian Federation who stopped execution of the powers, and members of his family the right to medical services which were provided by it on the date of the termination by the President of the Russian Federation of execution of the powers remains.
3. Life and health of the President of the Russian Federation who stopped execution of the powers are subject to compulsory national insurance at the expense of funds of the federal budget for the amount equal to the annual monetary reward of the President of the Russian Federation, for case:
