Article 1. The tariff charge (salary) of the first grade of the Single scale of charges in compensation of employees of federal state institutions is determined by the Government of the Russian Federation.

Article 3. The tariff charges (salaries) of the second and the subsequent grades of the Single scale of charges in compensation of employees of federal state institutions are determined proceeding from the size of the tariff charge (salary) of the first category and interdigit tariff coefficients approved by the Government of the Russian Federation, except as specified, established by the law.
Article 4. Voided
Article 4.1. According to the decision of the Government of the Russian Federation other wages system other than the Single scale of charges can be applied to compensation of employees of federal state institutions.
Article 5. To the president of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Russian Federation to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Federal Law.
Article 6. This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
