About modification of Article 116 of Regulations of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine concerning requirements to offers and amendments to the bill which prepares for the second reading

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Part one of Article 116 of the Regulations of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine approved by the Law of Ukraine "About Regulations of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine" (Sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, Art. No. No. 14-17, 133), to state in the following edition:

"1. Offers and amendments to the bill which prepares for the second reading can be introduced only to that text of the bill (Sections, Chapters, Articles, their parts, Items, subitems, paragraphs, offers) which is assumed by the Verkhovna Rada as a basis. The main committee as exception, can make the decision on accounting made offers and amendments concerning corrections, amendments, elimination of mistakes and/or contradictions to the text of the bill, other structural parts of the bill and/or other legal acts which were not consideration subject in the first reading if about need of their introduction it was specified in the conclusion of this main committee and/or expert division of the Office of the Verkhovna Rada and is announced presiding over plenary meeting during consideration of such bill in the first reading. Such offers and amendments shall correspond to subject of legal regulation of the bill.

Offers and amendments to the bill which prepares for the second reading are introduced in 14-day time after day of adoption of the bill for basis. To the repeated second reading of the bill of the offer and amendments are made to 10-day time after day of the previous second reading and only to those Sections, Chapters, Articles, their parts, Items, subitems, paragraphs, offers of the bill which was not adopted in the second reading. Offers and amendments to bills which consideration was not completed by the Verkhovna Rada of the previous convocation (part two of Article 106 of these Regulations) are introduced in 14-day time after day of their inclusion in the agenda of the first session of the newly elected Verkhovna Rada ".
