About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About National council of Ukraine concerning television and broadcasting" concerning enhancement of the procedure of dismissal and appointment of members of National council of Ukraine concerning television and broadcasting

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About National council of Ukraine concerning television and broadcasting" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2005, No. 16, Art. 265; 2006, No. 18, Art. 155) following changes:

Part one of Article 1 to add 1) with the paragraph the second such content:

The termination of powers of the member of National council happens according to the resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. After the termination of powers the member (members) of National council continues (continue) to fulfill duties about day of appointment of the new member of National council the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, except as specified early termination of powers of the member of National council";
