About introduction of amendments to the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses concerning strengthening of protection of subjects of managing against wrongful acts or failure to act of allowing bodies

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of USSR, 1984, appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122) the following changes:

1. State Article 166-10 in the following edition:

"Article 166-10. Violation of requirements of the legislation on authorization system in the field of economic activity

Violation of requirements of the legislation on authorization system in the field of economic activity:

the non-notification or the untimely notification allowing body of the subject of managing or the administrator about refusal in issue of the document of allowing nature;

violation by allowing body of the terms of issue, renewal, cancellation, refusal established by the law in issue of the document of allowing nature, registration of the declaration of compliance of material and technical resources of the subject of managing to requirements of the legislation;

not entering or untimely introduction by allowing body into the terms established by the law into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, physical persons - entrepreneurs and public forming of the decisions made according to the law submitted in allowing body of applications and declarations of compliance of material and technical resources of the subject of managing to requirements of the legislation and other information about documents of allowing nature and the declaration of compliance of material and technical resources of the subject of managing to requirements of the legislation necessary for maintaining the specified register;

groundless refusal by the administrator to the subject of managing in adoption of the statement for the receipt of the document of allowing nature and documents attached to it;

issue of the document of allowing nature by allowing body without receipt of the approvals, the conclusions and other documents necessary for the law for issue of the document of allowing nature;
