About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About conscription and military service" concerning enhancement of some questions of passing by citizens of military service

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Introduce in the Law of Ukraine "About conscription and military service" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2006, No. 38, Art. 324 with subsequent changes) the following changes:

1. In part two of Article 1 of the word "and Public special service of transport" to exclude.

2. In part one of Article 9 of the word "To state standard of senior secondary education of general education and professional educational institutions if" shall be replaced with words certain educational and qualification level also in figure "State standard of basic and complete general secondary education which is implemented in the organizations of secondary education of III step (or structural divisions of other organizations of education) providing profile secondary education; organizations of professional (professional) education, if certain education level".

4. In Article 17:

in organizations of professional prehigher education with day form of education, including during receipt of initial level (short cycle) and the first (baccalaureate) level of the higher education according to programs of multi-level education system;

in organizations of professional prehigher and/or higher education on day form of education, including during receipt of the following step of education;

in organizations of secondary or higher spiritual education with day form of education";
