This Federal Law determines conditions, procedure for appointment and payment of the monthly pension supplement established in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, to members of flight crews of aircrafts of civil aviation at the expense of the means which are in addition arriving in Fund of pension and social insurance of the Russian Federation from the organizations using work of members of flight crews of aircrafts of civil aviation as additional guarantee in the field of social security in connection with harmful, dangerous, intense and severe conditions of the work having special nature, and also procedure for financial provision of expenses on payment of the specified surcharge.

Article 1. The members of flight crews of aircrafts of civil aviation (further - members of flight crews) receiving the pensions established in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation have the right to monthly pension supplement (further - pension supplement) at the expense of the fees paid by the organizations using work of members of flight crews to Fund of pension and social insurance of the Russian Federation on payment of pension supplement (further - fees).

Pension supplement is appointed in the presence of period of service as the member of flight crew at least 25 years at men and at least 20 years at women, and when leaving for health reasons of flight work in the position granting the right to purpose of pension supplement - at least 20 years at men and at least 15 years at women.

The list of the organizations using work of members of flight crews is determined according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Russian Federation.

The list of positions of members of the flight crews and positions identical to positions in which work grants the right to pension supplement and also rules of calculation of length of service for establishment of pension supplement affirm the Government of the Russian Federation.
