About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About application of registrars of settlement transactions in the field of trade, public catering and services" and other laws of Ukraine concerning detenization of calculations in the field of trade and services

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About application of registrars of settlement transactions in the field of trade, public catering and services" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2000, No. 38, Art. 315 with subsequent changes):

1. The paragraph one of preamble to state in the following edition:

"This Law determines legal principles of application of registrars of settlement transactions and program registrars of settlement transactions in the field of trade, public catering and services. Its action extends to all subjects of managing, their economic units and representatives (authorized persons) of subjects of managing who perform settlement transactions in cash and/or non-cash form".

2. In Article 2:

a) capability of registrars of settlement transactions to provide one-time entering, long-term storage in fiscal memory of the registrar of settlement transactions, repeated reading and impossibility of change of final information on amount of the settlement transactions executed in cash and/or non-cash form (using electronic means of payment, payment checks, counters and so forth), or about amount of transactions on trade in currency values in cash form, transactions on cash disbursement of money to holders of electronic means of payment;
