About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine relatively about use by staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Public special service of transport of military equipment, weapon and special means during the special period

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1) in the Law of Ukraine "About the Armed Forces of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2000, No. 48, Art. 410 with subsequent changes):

a) the fourth Article 1 after words of "actions of legal regime of warlike and emergency state" to add part with words of "actions for ensuring national security and defense, repulse and control of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions";

b) in Article 1-1:

add the name with the words "and during the special period (except the period of action of warlike situation)";

in part one:

in paragraph one of the word "and divisions" shall be replaced with words "divisions and the military personnel", and after the words "in peace time" to add with the words "and during the special period (except the period of action of warlike situation)";

add with the paragraph the fourteenth the following content:

"implementation of actions for ensuring national security and defense, repulse and control of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions";

in paragraph one of part two of the word "and divisions" shall be replaced with words "divisions and the military personnel";

c) to add the paragraph of the eighth article 9 after the words "in peace time" with the words "and during the special period (except the period of action of warlike situation)";

2) in the Law of Ukraine "About the Public special service of transport" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2004, No. 19, Art. 269 with subsequent changes):

a) the ninth Article 5 to exclude part;

b) to add article 9 part one after the paragraph of third with the new paragraph of such content:
