The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Declare invalid the Law of Ukraine "About the list of objects of the right of state-owned property, not privatizeable" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1999, No. 37, of the Art. 332, with subsequent changes).

II. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In article 96 of the Code of Ukraine on insolvency proceedings (To the sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2019, No. 19, the Art. 74):

after part ten to add with new part of such content:

"11. During the procedure of sanitation of the state companies and companies in which authorized capital the share of state-owned property exceeds 50 percent their real estate can be aloof only in the cases provided by the plan of sanitation".
