The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Part the seventh article 133-1 of the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (1984, appendix to No. 51, 1122) to state sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of USSR to the Art. in the following edition:
"Groundless refusal of the preferential transportation of citizens provided by the law
involves imposing of penalty on transport drivers, citizens - subjects of business activity in the amount of fifty free minima of the income of citizens".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
