About modification of some regulatory legal acts concerning cash cover of the military personnel and compensation of employees of the State Border Service of Ukraine

According to the paragraph of Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 1992 No. 731 "About approval of the Regulations on state registration of regulations of the ministries and other bodies of the state executive authority" and for the purpose of ensuring implementation of the Law of Ukraine "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning application of the term "person with disability" and derivative of it" I ORDER third:

1. Bring in the Payment terms of work of employees of the State Border Service of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of June 27, 2013 No. 622, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 05, 2013 for No. 1129/23661 (with changes), such changes:

1) in Item 8.5 of Chapter 8 of appendix 9 of the word of "disabled people of the Great Patriotic War" shall be replaced with words "persons with disability owing to World War II";

2) in Item 2.2 of Chapter 2 of appendix 13 of the word of "disabled athletes" shall be replaced with words "athletes with disability".

2. In Item 2.1 of Chapter 2 of the List of healthcare institutions (divisions) of the State Border Service of Ukraine and positions, work in (on) which grants the right to increase in official pay rates (rates) in connection with harmful and severe conditions of the work approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of June 27, 2013 No. 622, to the "disabled veterans" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 05, 2013 for word No. 1131/23663,, shall be replaced with words "to persons with disability owing to war".
